According to the All Pakistan Jewellers Manufacturers Association, the cost of a tola (standard Pakistani weight) of gold has decreased by Rs2800, and Rs2397 has been reduced by 10 grams.

Gold prices hit an all-time high recently by Rs162,500 per tola on July 28.
In the international market, during July, Gold prices slid below $1,700 an ounce from more than $2,000 earlier in the year.
