BISE Lahore announces that 66.37 percent of the students passed the Matric Annual Examination.
In this example, three students and ten students achieved their grades or marks. The first student got a 1095 mark, the second a 1094 mark, and the third a 1093 mark for their respective submissions.
Saba Saqib with 1094 and Maryam Yousuf with 1095 took the first and second positions respectively, followed by Muhammad Mahad Sajid with 1094, Muhammad Hannan Baig with 1095 and Aiman Ansar with 1093.
Abeera Javed rolled the number 111784, Bareera Atif scored 144975, Rameen Asif got 153301, Asima Ejaz needed 155866, Amna Atta got 170362, Nasira Kamran got 162992 and Muhammad Hamza Mukhtar got 212591 in rank 3 by scoring 1093 points.
Chairman of the Lahore Board Habib Mirza, Controller Farhan of examinations announced the school’s results in a press conference on Wednesday.
Data suggests that a total of 248,529 students have appeared in the exam while 164,940 passed with a pass percentage of 66.37%. In the Science Group, 185,867 students appeared while 133,026 passed the exam with a 72% success rate. Meanwhile, 62,662 participated in the humanities group and 31,914 passed with a 50% success rate.
Of the 35002 students taking the test, 76.96% girls achieved an A+ grade but only 57% of boys managed to obtain an A grade. Of the 21230 students who achieve a grade of A, 35002 got an A+. Over two-thirds of our 36000 took grades of B and above while 972 students were awarded with a F grade.
While addressing on occasion, Chairman Lahore Board Mirza Habib Ali said that board officials were very careful when preparing the results. The candidates may apply for rechecking of their exams within 15 days, he said.
